Delhi HC impleads more publications for disclosing Kathua victim’s identity

The Delhi High Court yesterday impleaded five more publications in its suo moto petition to penalize media houses for disclosing personal details of the Kathua gangrape victim. The Division Bench of Acting Chief Justice Gita Mittal and Justice C Hari Shankar issued notice to these five newspapers which include Dainik Jagran, Punjab Kesari, Hindustan, Catch News and Verve Magazine.
